Description Robert Half has partnered with a property management company in Denver in search of a Property Accountant! The Property Accountant position is paying $50,000-$65,000!The Property Accountant will be responsible for the following:Managing full cycle of accounting activities for the properties assigned
Processing and overseeing daily functions of the A/P and A/R
Maintain accuracy of the general ledger.
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
Reconciliation and account research
Analyze financial information
Ensure compliance.
Assist in financial audits and preparation of income tax return worksheets for CPA.
Assist in completion end of month close procedures.
Bank reconciliations
Mortgage reconciliations
Rent collection
Internal, bank, vendor and owner communications
Requirements for the Property Accountant include:2+ years of accounting experience
Property/real estate accounting experience is preferred, but not required
Degree is preferred, but not required
