Contract to Hire Position with a global company operating in the financial industry. You have at least 8 years of SFDC experience, and have already performed the role of Tech Lead on a minimum of 2 Projects. You are well versed in configuration, customization, and integration, and have h ands-on experience in Service and Sales Cloud, Visual force & Apex and a t least 1 year of experience in developing AURA/LWC lightning components and UI. You are ex perienced on GIT based development process and you have a good knowledge of JavaScript. You have experience in setting field-level security, profiles, sharing rules, and monitoring audit trails. You can communicate with your team well technically. You have hands on problem solver and can mentor and guide your team towards solutions. You have experience in working on support engagements You are able to quickly to acquire customer product and business process knowledge to understand the business requirements and work on technical design. You can demonstrate your problem solving ability. If you are given a problem, you can demonstrate how a solution can be derived in salesforce using your skills, experience and the information provided to you.
