Responsible for directly managing business relationships with client accounts and adding new lines of coverage to existing accounts. Ensures that systems and processes are in place to meet the needs of internal and external clients. Develops and implements strategies and policies relating to client management. Responsibilities: - Overall client management responsibility for CIGNA Group Insurance assigned customers including responsibility for persistency results, book of business and revenue growth, and the cultivation of customer and producer/broker relationships - Provides input that positively impacts financial results - Ensures exceptional service and growth - Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience - 2+ years’ experience with Life, Accident and Disability product lines and/or Sales/Underwriting/Operations experience highly preferred - Strong communication skills and sales/ negotiation skills - Financial Savvy—ability to understand Underwriting and Funding principlesAbout CignaCigna Corporation (NYSE: CI) is a global health service company dedicated to improving the health, well-being and peace of mind of those we serve.
