A well-established SaaS based company in Denver is seeking a Team Lead, Full Stack Engineer to join their team. This company is very well established and has seen tremendous growth over recent years, even through COVID. This new position is open due to the growth and evolution of the department, which will allow this individual to truly take ownership and directly see the impact of their technical contributions as well as own the core technology stack that is vital for company growth at an international level. This role also allows for the unique ability to move into higher-level or management positions fairly quickly. The work/life balance is highly desirable; flex hours, partial remote work and competitive PTO package. Excellent medical, and bonus potential with 401k. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, at least 1 year leading/mentoring other engineers and have excellent communication skills.

General responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor developers/designers and collaborate with product owners and management.
  • Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, integrating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions.
  • Ensure all code is version controlled according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Remain current on knowledge and skills necessary for software development, including programming tools, development techniques and related technologies.
General Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience with Node OR Java
  • 5+ years’ experience with Angular OR React
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a true technical team lead
  • Strong experience with scaling backend of large-scale applications
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or ECS is a plus
  • ONLY candidates local to the Denver area with be considered

  • As a Software Engineer for the Application Security team, you will integrate and engineer scalable security solutions throughout each phase of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to protect our customers from potential security threats and attacks. What You\'ll Do: Get a deep understanding of Datadog\'s software development life cycle, software supply chain, build pipelines, delivery mechanisms and configuration management Design, implement, operate and maintain systems improving the security of Datadog against supply-chain attacks Work with engineering teams to align new features to achieve world-class security.
