Sr. IT Project Manager - PMP required
We seek a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives within the Enterprise Data Solutions Portfolio. This PM will manage multiple strategic IT projects that focus on our Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Integration & Business Intelligence solutions.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformative project solutions. PM will partner with leaders within other IT Lanes (Architecture, Requirements, App Development, Quality Assurance, IT Operations, Learning & Development, and Risk & Security) to deliver individual project solutions. PM is not expected to have in-depth technical knowledge in other IT Lanes, but needs to demonstrate servant leadership & have excellent communication skills. PM will have primary responsibility over project budget, project schedule, and delivery of overall project scope.

PM will use their professional judgment and previous experience to lead diverse project teams and deliver business value. PM has process-oriented, tactical & reporting responsibilities, which are necessary but are secondary in importance.
Responsible for leading IT Project Team - including mentoring/coaching/recognizing excellence/addressing conflict to manage a geographically diverse team of IT proferssionals. Manages end-to-end delivery of 2-4 large-scale, complex IT projects at any given time
Leads IT Project team, composed of both Teammates (Client Employees) and Guest Teammates (Client Contractors)
Collaborates with senior stakeholders within IT and Business to clearly articulate scope boundaries and quantify business value to be delivered
Represents the project in various governance and inter-departmental forums
Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and oversees project delivery within client's Project Delivery framework
Manages project scope, schedule and budget, to ensure IT commitments are met within established time, cost and quality parameters.
In collaboration with Project Leadership Team, PM composes and publishes the project charter. In collaboration with Project Leadership Team, PM creates and maintains the project schedule. PM Processes project change requests (PCRs) as needed. PM Develops and implements project communication plan. PM regularly reports project status.
PM is single accountable party to manage and report upon project budget. Validates financial forecasts from lane leads. Tracks actual spend, accruals and forecast spend. Publishes monthly budget forecasts. Manages variance between planned and actual spend. Manages budget contingency. Approves project labor. In partnership with lane leads, created and maintains project staffing plan.
Proactively manages project risks, issues. Identifies and resolves blockers raised by project team. Appropriately escalates project issues to Project Sponsor, PMO Leadership and ultimately to IT Sr Leadership as needed, to keep projects on-track.
