DescriptionRobert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a local manufacturing company in N. Denver in search of a Staff Accountant! The Staff Accountant position is offering great growth potential, benefits and is paying $50,000-$70,000 (depending on experience)!The Staff Accountant will be responsible for:-Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable-Reviewing and posting payroll entries to the general ledger-Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts-Fixed assets and depreciation schedules-Posting journal entries and adjusting journal entries to the general ledger-Standard cost accounting for product lines-Performing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities-Assisting with the financial statement preparation-Assisting with budgeting and forecasting-Other duties as assignedRequirements for the Staff Accountant include:-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-2+ years of accounting experience-Manufacturing experience is preferred-Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)-Eager to learn and grow!
