Job Description

The Systems & Process Analyst will report to the Director of BI and Analytics. The Systems & Process Analyst will play a key role in driving the operational success of the business by implementing new processes, systems, and methods across the sales organization. This will include everything from small gaps in processes to organizational-wide system implementations. In order to effectively and scalably support our sales and sales operations teams. Your role will be to help set up the right processes and systems by facilitating discovery sessions, proposing solutions, drafting business requirements, and managing timelines and implementation. A thorough understanding of project management will ensure consistent and organized progress.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

  • Implementations: all stages of the process between identifying the right sales tools to use as an organization through implementation, training and post go-live support

  • Process Enhancement: ensuring the right processes are in place for teams, and that they are being correctly utilized across the organization

  • Project Management: ensure that both large scale projects down to minor configuration changes are kept to a realistic timelines across all teams

  • Prioritization: work with various teams across the organization to understand, document, and prioritize efforts to ensure that the IT team’s backlog is most efficient and effective

  • Training/Communication: Collaborate with the enablement team ensuring new processes and systems are effectively communicated to the teams and that users understand best practices

Data Hygiene: Coordinate efforts to ensure reliable data across systems by determining and providing guidance on how to resolve data integrity issues

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to take initiative and solve business problems by digging in yourself, self-starter

  • Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Foundational knowledge in Project Management, tracking progress, update & expectation management

  • Ability to break complex problems into manageable, incremental tasks

  • Continual delivery mindset: always seeking to deliver new and innovative initiatives

  • Flexibility to take on new challenges outside of your defined role

  • Effective prioritization and ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong background in salesforce.com

  • Sales Operations experience highly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and future-oriented mindset
