RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator in Denver, CO.
The Role:
The primary responsibility of the Systems/Network Administrator is to deploy, administer, and support infrastructure service solutions for the enterprise. They will play a critical role in deploying and supporting IT services to the appropriate solution. The Systems/Network Administrator will be expected to stay abreast of advances in technologies; assessing, making recommendations, and deploying said technologies.
The Main Responsibilities:
Systems/Network Administrator is will provide support directly to internal stakeholders throughout the enterprise to enable and support highly available application solutions
Perform site reliability engineering functions such as Assessing standards, practices, technologies, and ecosystems; Making recommendations for improvements and in support of going forward strategies, and Facilitating implementation tasks (Examples: operational standards, automation, developing/implementing code)
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders through the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems across multiple technical disciplines
As a Systems/Network Administrator, you will interact and communicate with various levels of management on projects and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering or related) or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering Information Technology projects to medium/large enterprises
Strong knowledge in Linux and/or Windows administration
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across the full IT technology stack
Must possess technical expertise in computer operating system
Function in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, environment
Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and team dynamic skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical topics across a broad range of technical and non-technical backgrounds
