The Bridgewater Grill in the award-winning Golden Hotel has opportunities in our culinary department. We have immediate positions available for Dishwasher.
Ideal candidates will enjoy fast pace of a high-volume dining and banquet facility and have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoys working in the kitchen.

Requirements:
Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality.
Washes all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, banquet dishes, etc.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and the front of house.
Removes trash, compost and recycle as appropriate.
Ensures supplies are organized and noted if they need to be replenished.
Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand your role ensuring guest satisfaction.
Reports and completes all tasks assigned by the Executive Chef/Sous Chef/F&B Manager and/or Hotel Manager(s), which may include bussing tables, prepping food, putting away deliveries.
Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.
Ability to work for long periods of time on feet and ability to grasp, bend, stoop, push, pull and lift 30 lb.
Ability to work in high heat, wet and humid conditions, and lift 50lb on own.
Dishwasher Qualifications:
2 years of dishwashing experience
Kitchen experience a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment.
Ability to stay positive in the work environment and be a team player!
Ability to participate in light food preparation-basic knife cuts, proper operation of a fryer, work with raw and/or ready to eat products (NOT a requirement)
Has a State required Food Handlers Certification? (NOT a requirement)
