San Marino Retirement Community is now looking for both full time and part time Restaurant Servers to join our team! As a server, the position is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure all residents receive their preferences in both food and beverages. Servers will assist residents when necessary through the salad bar or beverage station and keep the dining room properly cleaned and set to meet resident expectations.
Servers must work with professionalism, and have knowledge of basic food offering and menu content. At least one year of experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Shifts may vary and often include evenings and/or weekends.
$500 Hire on bonus - Employee must be in good standing. $250 will be paid on the first payday after 30 days of employment. $250 will be paid on the first payday following 90 days of employment.
