Line cook needed for small, growing, Italian restaurant located in the southwest Denver/Lakewood area. This is an opportunity to learn from a seasoned Executive Chef and be part of a growing restaurant in a wonderful community. Responsibilities include:
- Daily Prep
- Pizza Crafting
- Pasta Sauces and Dish Prep
- Kitchen Ticket Management
- Part Time Dishwasher Assistance (to support kitchen operations)
- Food Ordering and Item Costing
- All Back of the House Operations
- About 30 Hours/Week to Start
