Requirements
-2 years experience working on a hot line(Grill, Saute, Oven, Tempura) in a Professional Kitchen
-Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
-Team player
-Candidate will be responsible for stationary prep, setup, executing dishes to the chefs standards during dinner service, breaking down station and keeping a clean kitchen.
-Matsuhisa provides shift meal every day
