SOUS CHEF
Minimum 3 years experience in an upscale, fine dining or high-volume establishment
Needs to be passionate and driven
Requires moderate supervision and training and the ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
Advanced knowledge of food preparation
Must have the ability to multitask
Experience in numerous line stations, pantry and strong saute and broil
Maintain sanitation and food quality standards
Fish and meat butchering preferred
Saute, pantry, grill and fryer skills are a necessity
The candidate, will have the ability to be trained by the Chef, and will be given the opportunity to grow with the company over time
