We are looking for team members in all aspects of the restaurant! Capitol Hill loves banh mi =)
1) Frontline - focused on providing the banh "mi" experience (fast, friendly, & quality) - register, frontline, afternoon prep/stocking, store cleanliness.
2) Morning Prep - focused on prep production to prepare for the masses. Quality, speed, efficiency matter.
3) Dishwasher - Part-time only - focused on maintaining dishpit, trash, and lobby.
4) PM: Team Lead
a. Someone who can lead, direct, and hold accountability to fellow team members.
b. This role comes with additional hourly pay for cash management, floor leadership, operational responsibility.
c. Communication - Problem Solver - Business Mindset, True leadership (coach, mentor)

- $15 - $16/hr dependent upon position
- Everyone receives free shift meal and beverages, plus off the clock 50% discount.
