Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Broomfield
We are currently looking for a caregiver for my husband in Broomfield. He is 67 and has Primary Progressive MS. He is fully paralyzed on a ventilator, g-tube, supra pubic and colostomy. He has no cognitive impairments - he is brilliant with a great sense of humor and very active despite all his challenges. Some training is provided for the right candidate. A criminal background check will be done. You would be working for my husband's home health company. Up to $25/hour standard pay; holiday pay of $35/hour - based on experience. Saturday - Sunday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. November 1 - May 30. Additional hours for backup. THIS IS NOT A COMPANION POSITION - you will be providing all activities of getting ready in the morning including bathing, shaving, tooth brushing, and transfers with a ceiling-mounted patient lift.
