Lion Real Estate Group is in need of an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Caden, our 245-unit multifamily community located in the 80231 area of Denver, CO.

The successful candidate plays a vital role in the company’s day to day impression on existing and prospective residents and is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism while ensuring that all company maintenance policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Ensures all company maintenance policies and procedures are followed

-Ensures that company standards for the performance of maintenance functions are consistently maintained.

-Ensures quality control checks of all final products (unit turns, preventive maintenance, rehab and capital improvements

-Address all maintenance emergencies in a timely fashion

-Help maintain and repair structural, plumbing, electrical issues, and HVAC systems

-Prioritize service requests, Make-Ready board, maintain service records, and inspect all work assignments for completion

-Maintain regular and on-call work schedules appropriate to property needs

-Assist with move-in and move-out procedure

-Maintain grounds cleanliness

-Paint and turn vacant units

-Clean and repair swimming pools

-Treats all tenants with the highest level of concern and care

-Ensure that apartment turns are executed in a timely fashion and manage the number of rent ready units

-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to satisfactory level

-Works with Property Manager to prepare for all City and Internal property inspections.

-Monitors on-site shops, including inventory management.

-Informs property managers of any issues observed in housing units.

-Ensures Company and OSHA safety requirements are being followed

Abilities/Requirements:

-Be able to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure.

-Detail-oriented

-Strong time management skills

-Effective communication skills

-High school or equivalent

-2 years’ experience residential property maintenance

-Valid Driver's License Required
