Deja View Window Washing is a small, Arvada based, residential cleaning company. We are growing super fast because we perform a high level of service for our customers. That means there will be ample opportunity for you to grow with us and advance your position quickly. You must bring a winning attitude, the desire to work effectively as a team, and a service mentality.
If you're new at this, starting pay is $12.75/hr. If you are already a skilled window cleaner and want to be a Lead, hourly pay starts at $14.25/hr, plus you are immediately eligible to earn bonuses directly in correlation with your attendance and production. Lead technicians can earn up to an additional $4.25 per hour in bonuses monthly, with more bonus opportunities quarterly, and at the end of the season!
