Restoration 1 of Central Denver is searching for a Restoration Technician to perform water, mold, fire and odor remediation with the potential to grow in to a Technician Leader quickly. Experience in the restoration field a HUGE PLUS.

This position requires on-call schedules including weekends and nights, and emergency services. This is a great opportunity for the right individual who is eager to learn and acquire new skills and grow with our company. We want to add your talents and skills to our growing company.

>This is part time, on-call as needed to start and will quickly grow to full-time over the summer if you desire with the potential to lead a team over the next year!

-Service first! Create and maintain relationships with the crew and customers to implement quality service.

-Responsibility. Be a dependable and reliable team member. Take responsibility for and great care of job sites, assigned vehicle and equipment as if it were your own.

-Lead. Be a reliable role model for the rest of the team. Be able to assess damage on job sites and working with the team helping to develop a scope of work.

-Top-notch communication. Clearly and effectively communicate all aspects of the service to the crew, management and the customer while managing expectations.

-Manage risk. Effectively manage projects, performance and productivity in an efficient manner while identifying, communicating and resolving issues that arise.

-Make friends. A positive attitude and a kind word go a long way.

Required skills…

-The dues. Face-to-face customer experience. Experience in mold, water, fire, smoke or odor mitigation.

-The non-negotiables. Valid drivers license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.) and able to drive the work vehicles. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a working cell phone.

-The chops. Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices.

-The mojo. Must have the ability to build rapport with customers in person, over the phone, via text or through telepathic means.

-The tech. Proficient with computers and apps.

-Extra credit. Experience with Xactimate and EnCircle or similar. Construction, plumbing, HVAC, insurance, inspection, asbestos abatement background.

-The MVP. Be coachable and trainable with a desire to learn and acquire new skills through on-site and classroom training.

-Extra credit. One or more IICRC certifications.
