Established, employee-friendly property management company is seeking a full-time employee for an apartment community in Commerce City.
This position will be roughly 60% cleaning common areas and apartment units; 30% groundskeeping; and 10% basic/light apartment maintenance.
This position pays a competitive hourly wage, possible monthly bonuses, fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(K) program with company match, generous PTO policy, etc.
The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:
-Self-motivated
-Honest
-Detail oriented
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to follow directions and work as a team
-Cleaning experience preferred but not required
-Enjoys physical/manual labor
