There is 10 three story buildings, 9 two story buildings.
Safety and cleanliness are HUGE with this company.
You must have your own tools, ladders, and safety equipment.
I will provide two sets of pump jacks, some scaffolding, lifts and material.
If this works out, we do a lot of these projects nationwide, and if your work is good I have no problem contracting you to travel with.
Scope of work for the Vinyl - $125 a square (there is roughly 1800 sq in vinyl, I need to get this project done this year so I am working on having two crews there.)
Square includes removal of current vinyl siding, removal of EIFS (minimal), installation of Tyvek (will be inspected for warranties), trim out windows and doors with 4" PVC board, install double 5" vinyl siding, install 6" PVC midband, install double 4" vinyl siding, remove vinyl soffits, and metal trim coil on fascia.
Install Vinyl Soffits and metal trim coil on fascia - $1.25 per linear foot each ($1.25 per ft soffit / $1.25 per ft trim coil fascia)
Housing would be paid for, for the first month. Pending work quality, cleanliness, and safety. Extended housing pay may be negotiated. Or if you have an RV we could pay for the lot.
Payouts are done per building completion. Everything must be done on building before payout. There will be a 10% retainage per building to be paid out at completion of project.
