Guardian Construction is seeking a full-time Project Foreman for the Colorado markets to add to our rapidly growing family.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Multifamily Renovation / Construction
- Knowledgeable in the general construction principles and procedures followed in Multifamily Renovations
- Self-motivated with ability to work with a team
- Skillful in coordinating and communicating between office and on-site activities
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and owner's representatives
- Ability to read and follow plans and construction schedules
- Manage sub-contractors on a daily basis and follow scope of work to complete projects
- Knowledge of both interior unit renovations and exterior renovations / construction
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Manage all aspects and details of a renovation project: Ordering materials, scheduling, walking quality assurance, and maintaining deadlines
- Knowledge of Make-Ready Unit Renovation process and scheduling
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and exhibits outstanding customer service skills
- Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets, Adobe Reader
Preferred Requirements:
- Ability to complete required inspections and communicate with Inspectors
- Bi-Lingual - Spanish
