Job Duties:
Performs physical check of stock numbers and inspects cartons for damage to ensure accuracy and integrity of all loads
Adhere to all company processes to ensure all loads have been properly processed i.e., outbound loads are braced and secured and inventory accounted for
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor personalize., housekeeping, counting, cardboard bailing, and merchandise pick-up
Maintains acceptable level of attendance based on company attendance policy
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Ability to work productively and effectively when faced with stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow directions
Apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect company and customer assets, to apply appropriate use of personal protective equipment
Ability to learn technological processes
Ability to work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results and convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors
Basic math skills
Ability to value diversity
Exposure to unavoidable variations in temperature, fumes, noise and dust due to warehouse conditions
Ability to lift/carry, push/pull, 50 lbs or less
Ability to twist, turn, reach outward, handling/fingering, walk constantly, frequently crawl, reach above shoulder, stand frequently and occasionally climb
Pay/Schedule:
$13.50/hr
Paid weekly (every Thursday's)
Monday-Friday and some weekends
