Due to two recent contracts with UPS and the UFCW in the Denver Metro area, we are expanding our local office. We are seeking motivated professionals that have a great attitude followed with a solid work ethic and great personal skills to join our team. Basic Qualifications:
- Positive attitude & professional demeanor within an office setting
- Great communication skills with co-workers and clients
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Goal oriented & hard working
- 2 years of Customer Service experience is a plus
- High school diploma/GED (2-4 degree a major plus for management opportunities)
- Ability to pass a background check
Basic Duties
- Interactions with clients & customers by telephone and in person regarding client needs.
- Verifying records & customer information with clients
- Able to accept additional responsibility with a positive attitude
- Confirming meetings and customer follow ups
