- Must be willing to move and relocate to the island of Kauai.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
- No Alcohol or Drug issues. Must be able to pass random drug testing.
- Bilingual is a huge plus but not required!

Production/Operation Manager Job Description
ProBuilt Hawaii Roofing & Rain Gutters is seeking a Production/Operation Manager (POM) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations. You will be the owners right hand man and responsible for the items as listed below. As you join the ProBuilt family you will be establishing policies that promote the owners culture and vision.
Oversee Safety. Providing a safe working environment for our employees and customers is crucial and is the #1 priority.
Oversee production quality. Reputation can not be bought. Quality of work is #2 on the level of importance. We want every job installed as though it was for my home or yours. The best installation requires every detail to be done correctly even if those details are never seen by the customer.
Oversee Efficiency of the production processes. Making sure our projected man hours to complete a job are achieved and is critical to the profitability of a job. Maintaining our equipment and making sure it is on hand and available for use is a part of that efficiency process. Your position will require outstanding organizational abilities.
Manage Foreman of crew and employees. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication to our company’s core values. Your position may require serving as crew foreman while new foremen are located and trained until foremen meet the requirements needed for success. Your leadership abilities will be essential in the success of your position.
Schedule and Order Materials from Supplier. We have incorporated a cloud-based software solution called Acculynx. That software will be used to order and schedule material deliveries. We also keep inventory on hand in our shop whether it be roof flashings, nails, roll products, and/or rain gutter materials. Keeping the frequently used items in inventory is super important when conduction business in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
Obtain 100% customer satisfaction. Our goal is for every customer to provide a 5-star review. Check out our reviews by googling “ProBuilt Hawaii.” A happy customer is the best form of advertising and marketing.
Recruiting and Hiring. The pool of applicants is minimal on Kauai. Recruiting new applicants whether local or from the mainland and assisting in their application process will be routine.
Installation Training and Product Knowledge Educating. Employees need to know why we do things the way we do, how to do them correctly, and to be learning more. If they do not want to learn and better their knowledge than they need to work somewhere else. We are looking to train and educate employees that want to be craftsmen.
Roof Inspections. Assist with routine roof inspections following a systematic approach which will be used for Jason and/or sales representatives to prepare a roof replacement inspection report and estimate.
Assist in growth of company. This is a vague statement. It can have many definitions. Overall, your position will require outstanding work ethic, developmental systems, and actionable processes being implemented while maintaining the highest level of dependability and credibility. As a result of your employment the owner’s workload should greatly decrease while the overall ProBuilt Revenue and Quality of work increase. Your position is to secure the functionality of the business and drive sustainable manageable growth.
