Small plumbing company with a great reputation in Denver is looking for a part time office administrator. The primary role of this position will be the handling of the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the business. This position might grow into a full time job over time.
Duties include among others:
Customer service and vendor relations
Some phone answering and scheduling
Email communication
Sending out of invoices and quotes
Bookkeeping/ Quickbooks a plus
Bill payment
Document handling and record keeping
Licensing
Marketing
General administrative support (including personal items) to business owner
Looking for someone who is self-driven, very well organized and detail oriented. Proficiency with computer software and other current technology a must. Hard skills not absolutely necessary - we will train the right person.
Possibility to work from your home on your own PC. Work hours can be flexible.
This position is ideal for someone who likes to perform a wide variety of tasks and who likes to tackle whatever comes their way.
