Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Manager side:
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher. Experience working with One-site property management software is also a plus. Good communication skills are highly important, both in-person and over electronic mediums.
Experience:
Some office and managerial experience is necessary. Previous property management experience is preferred.
Maintenance side will include:
Assisting in the snow removal as needed.
Paint/drywall as needed.
Perform high quality make-ready repairs and resident services.
Report any safety issues or property concerns to the District Manager
Responsible to purchase supplies when maintenance is needed
Maintain an orderly supply room
Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g. OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.

Education or Formal Training:
High school diploma or equivalent. On-going training in LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing and other topics as necessary.
