Your responsibilities:
⢠Developing strong relationships with borrowers and partners
⢠Finding the right loan for your borrowers among a wide variety of products
⢠Advising and coaching your borrowers throughout the loan process
⢠Educating your borrowers on how to manage their mortgages
⢠Managing your own pipeline
⢠Communicating between your borrowers and lenders
⢠Delivering fast turn times and outstanding customer service

Opportunity
Prime Home Loans, a Colorado-registered mortgage-broker, is actively contracting self-employed Colorado-licensed mortgage loan originators. Experienced/bilingual candidates are highly encouraged.
Ideal Candidate
The position is ideal for an experienced, self-driven, and self-motivated individual who will work independently, either from their home or their own office, will set their own work hours, and can generate their own business.
There are no minimum production requisites, however, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and being passionate about helping people with their home-financing goals.
Our Service
Unlike other lending institutions, Prime Home Loans has access to a wide variety of investors/lenders, and access to multiple loan programs including Conventional and FHA financing.
Our loan officers can compare/shop multiple lenders to provide clients with highly competitive rates, and quick closing times.
Compensation
Compensation is highly competitive and based on level of experience. Commissions are issued once origination checks are cleared by our financial institution. (Normally the next business day. Certain commission amounts may take longer)
