Property Management/Real Estate Broker Agent-part time
Real Estate Broker wanted, Part time, (very low hours per week), steady, regular, easy monthly income for you. You will be paid a set amount as negotiated and agreed and you will be a contract employee of the company and be paid monthly (end of each month). $500 Signing bonus paid if you are selected! Other benefits of being involved with property management is that you can potentially help the owner sell their property when they are finished renting it, or help tenants buy homes when they are finished renting. If you work in the loan business you can also see some benefit there as well. Part ownership in the company is also an option to earn more down the road if you wish after we have worked with you awhile.

Looking for a licensed managing real estate broker, sorry no associate realtors
Seeking candidates looking to get into property management or experience with tenants and owners or property management is a plus.
Responsibilities: Oversee trust/escrow accounts, sign leases and lease extensions. Speak to owners about rent price and sign management agreements. Advise on advertising for tenants and marketing for new business. Keep the company on top of new and current Colorado Real Estate regulations. Taking care of our owners and tenants has always been our top priority.
Requirements:
Word Processing, Excel, Property Management Software, good general computer skills
Superior Communication Skills, email, phone and text, apps
Superior Organizational Skills
We are an established work at home based company with over 30 units in the surrounding suburbs of Denver. Most of the work you will do can be completed remotely, by computer, phone and email. Any Real Estate broker statewide can apply as long as you will be available remotely. Our family staff will do most of the paperwork and showings, and take care of repair issues and tenant/owner calls, screenings.
