The Assistant Store Manager position must observe and enforce all store rules and company policies and actively support the Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible to perform all duties of the Store Manager and contribute to profitable operation of the store. Must have great customer service skills and can handle customer complaints and ensure that all store personnel are courteous to customers. The Assistant Store Manager must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance.

Requirements:
* 2 or more years' experience within a retail or similar industry, including supervisory responsibility for the operations of a minimum staff of 6
* Proven leadership qualities and exceptional customer service skills
* Working knowledge of scheduling, merchandising, budgeting, inventories and expense control
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
* Bilingual will be a plus
