Martin-Ray Laundry Systems is an industry leader in parts, sales, service and support of commercial Laundry equipment. An opening is available for a highly motivated parts sales professional to join our team in Denver, Colorado.
Job Summary:
In this position you will sell parts and service to governmental agencies, municipalities and contractors from our Denver office. This position reports to the Parts/Service Manager.
Job duties:
ï§ Taking and filling parts orders made over the phone and from the parts counter
ï§ Purchasing, including assisting with management of stock orders
ï§ Fulfillment of work order parts required by the service department
ï§ Work with Service Manager writing repair orders and filling warranty claims
ï§ Ensure that all orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner
ï§ Follow up on sales orders
ï§ Perform excellent customer service in all respects
ï§ Billing and invoicing.
Job Requirements:
ï§ Minimum 3 years experience in parts sales - counter and telephone orders
ï§ Excellent customer service skills
ï§ Strongly customer focused to promote customer satisfaction, problem resolution and loyalty
ï§ Effective and articulate interpersonal and human relations skills
ï§ Knowledge of government and municipal sales a plus
ï§ Experience with shipping and freight management a plus (UPS/LTL)
ï§ Must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office products
