We're now hiring for a Retail Fulfillment Analyst!
Tagawa Greenhouses is a family run company that is celebrating over 50 years in business. As a Retail Fulfilment Analyst at Tagawa, you would be responsible for managing data related to our retail sales and related inventories that are shipped to various retailers in the Colorado region. The Retail Fulfillment Analyst supports the Retail InColor team by compiling and analyzing various channels of sales, shipping, and related data. The Retail Fulfillment Analyst will also be responsible for communicating changes about ads, inventories, and other production related issues to multiple teams, including clients, vendors, our own InColor Retail Account Managers, District Managers, production teams, and distribution teams.
An ideal candidate would not only have strength in accounting/detail work to provide the team with strong analytical skills, but would also be flexible with genuine enthusiasm for the position with an ability to solve unexpected challenges that arise from our retail business. The ideal candidate would have an ability to balance multiple tasks and instructions from different managers and be able to communicate in a concise and timely manner. As the information learned from analysis and planning is so crucial to the success of our organization, it is critical for the Fulfillment Analyst to express strong communication skills as they coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and show accountability for their actions.
