Customer Service, Shipping and Receiving Associate
We are looking for bright, energetic people who are detail-orientated to work in our shipping department. We create, manufacture and sell all our products onsite. Full-Time and Part-Time customer service positions are available with MedInfo, Inc. and MDpocket.com. This position performs many different tasks involving customer service/order processing, shipping, and packaging throughout the work day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing/shipping/receiving/packing products, answering phones, emails, and online chatting with customers. This job can be great for Part-Time work and we have a Saturday shift available.
Minimal Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimal sales experience
Customer service/Order Processing experience helpful
Active driver's license; clean driving record
Skill Required:
Knowledge of correct English spelling and grammar
Mastery of basic math concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented
Ability to properly and safely handle small tools and equipment
Ability to follow, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Deadline-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively
Benefits:
compensation: $11.50 starting per hour with potential increase after 30 and 90 days
(Full Time and Part Time openings)
Business Hours: 8-5 daily, including some Saturdays.
