Warehouse/office amazon/ebay - packing & Shipping associate
Are you located in or near Centennial CO and looking for an awesome small shipping and packing job with a fun environment? Then keep reading! We are looking for a solid shipping and receiving candidate. You must have 2-3 years previous Shipping and Receiving experience in a warehouse setting and be able to complete the following job functions:
Essential Functions Responsibilities:
Preparation of shippers and labels.
Pulling and packing orders.
Packing and shipping orders (via UPS, Fed X, truck lines, etc.)
Assist in determining which shipping service would be the best fit functionally and cost-effective.
Opening and closing UPS & Fed X computer, preparation of freight bills or airway bills.
Know how to use Endicia/stamps.com or willing to learn.
restocking products and keeping track of invemtory
Entering daily shipping information and inventory receipts.
Assisting in export shipments.
Have great communication skills
Ad hoc warehouse duties as assigned.
Amazon/ebay Experience Recommended
Have worked with shipping to Amazon warehouses
Have experience working on the Amazon website to check orders, ship and communicate through Amazon messaging. - OR willing to learn.
Keep accurate records on incoming/outgoing products and report information to Amazon Brand Liaison team
Create shipping plans to Amazon using a combination of Amazon software and Microsoft Excel
Unpack and sort incoming product and prepare for order pulling
Manually scan products and creates product list if no shipment file is provided
Create picklist using a combination of Amazon software and Microsoft Excel
Pick and pack items into boxes according to shipment plan provided by Amazon, including packaging, taping, weighing, and stacking finished boxes
Report products with issues preventing shipping to Amazon Brand Liaison team
Repack select products into additional packaging for shipping
Monitor shipping supplies so that healthy stock is maintained
Monitor receiving by Amazon via Amazon software and investigates/resolves discrepancies through Amazon Seller Support
Process, sort, and organize Amazon returns
Participate in select projects and occasionally assist in cross-departmental tasks
Qualifications:
This is a physical position¦
Solid background with shipping/warehouse experience.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills
Computer skills, opening outlook, microsoft word,exel
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Amazon experience shipping to and looking after Amazon store (Sellers Central) is Recommended.
Good communication and email writing skills
Polite telephone skills.
VERY DEPENDABLE¦ great work ethic!
Willing to work independently
Job Type:
Part-time with future Full-time opportunity (10-15hrs/week) ( M-F 9:30a.m -3pm - days and hours somewhat flexible)
Salary:
$12-15/hour depending on experience
