Responsibilities
*Must be willing to travel up to 60%*
- Lead the technical planning, designing and testing of Windows 10 deployment engineering
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to all levels of personnel regarding deployment image and installation solution engineering and pilot user support
- Escalate issues as required
- Liaise with application support groups
- Responsible for project communication, including task status reporting and documentation deliverables
- Perform scheduling, delegation and monitoring of project tasks, and review of project deliverables
- Ensures all project documentation is complete, accurate, and current
Qualifications
- Design and Implementation of Client Operating System Deployments
- Understanding of and experience with Microsoft Deployment technologies including:
- System Center Configuration Manager Operating System Deployment (OSD)
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
- Experience Upgrading/Migrating Windows Desktop Operating Systems to Windows 10
- Design and Implementation of Windows 10 Local & Group Policy
- Project Planning including:
- Task Scheduling and Prioritization
- Deliverable Management and Quality Control
- Reporting
- Microsoft Project experience a plus
- Technical Documentation Development
- Understanding of Windows as a Service servicing model
- Modern Desktop Solutions, including understanding Microsoft 365
- Windows Autopilot Deployment Program
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Configuration Designer and Provisioning Packages
