True Security Inc. needs motivated career oriented employees
This position is uniformed and unarmed. The apartment has 8 floors and an underground parking garage. Also, a rooftop pool and fitness room. The guard will patrol the floors and common areas continuously, except when on breaks. While on patrol, the guard will observe and report any violations and respond to suspicious activity, Security guard experience is NOT required for this position, yet preferred.
40 hours paid vacation after 1 year of full time work.
Note: A Denver Guard license is required for this position, before beginning. True Security is an authorized guard license provider to train our employees the 16 hours required to receive the guard license. We will train you, (plus you will be paid your same hourly rate for the training) if you do not have the license. You will need to qualify for the license to be eligible for this position, which requires an occupational medical exam and acceptable criminal background check.
This apartment is walking distance to light rail
Schedule: 9:00 pm to 5:00 am nightly
Days off are negotiable, (there is security 7 days per week)
All holidays will will be required to work on scheduled days
This job will include:
Secures premises by patrolling property/monitoring equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with policies and legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related directives as required. Observe and report violations and or criminal activities. Informing violators of policy and procedures. Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
