Experienced Call Center Professionals Wanted:
Part time hours w/ Hourly, Commission & Bonuses = Full Time Pay w unlimited potential.
Denver's most reputable Window Company is now seeking a top-quality call center professional.
Our primary campaigns include a mix of warm leads that we have generated over our 27 years in business, fresh Hot leads generated daily by our field survey team as well as some inbound call conversion from the internet and other traditional advertising methodologies.
Non Flexible Hours are 2 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Flexible Hours are 12 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (Saturdays Optional)
Full or Part time (Employee's Choice)
Insurance Benefits after 60 days includes: Health, Dental, and Supplimental
Paid Holidays and Vacations
COMPENSATION PACKAGES:
Base Salary of $12 per hour
Commission Structure of 1% to 3% on a performance benchmark scale
Bonuses and spiffs for top producers
REQUISITE SKILLS:
You MUST be able to type and use a windows-environment computer.
You should have legitimate sales, telemarketing or call center experience.
You MUST know how to control a call, overcome objections and close.
