Local, established Construction Company is hiring top sales producers in the Denver, CO area due to explosive demand from recent Hail & Wind storms that have affected tens of thousands of property owners.
Work outdoors - independent schedule - create your own schedule!
DO YOU QUALIFY?
-Make money fast. This job is 100% commission with extremely lucrative bonus opportunities. We provide paid training/ start pay to get you going.
-Experience working with homeowners, insurance adjusters, property owners, and property managers is highly desired, but not necessary. Face to Face experience a plus!
-Assessing the property and taking photos of storm damage
-Responding to lead appointments provided in a timely manner
-Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, an energetic attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit
-Must be able to climb ladder
-Must be comfortable canvassing neighborhoods
-Must be able to sell, negotiate and close construction work contracts (we train you).
-Must have reliable transportation and a reasonably clean driving record
-Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job role including: Climbing a ladder, roof inspection, walking/ standing, and exercise ladder safety.
-Previous sales experience in construction or related trades is highly desired, but not necessary.
