Job Details

Responsibilities:
Build modern, interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and UI frameworks (including, but not limited to Angular, React, Vue)
Provide front end technical guidance across functions
Collaborate with other Senior Engineers to build advanced dynamic web applications based on digital marketing stacks
Collaborate with our internal teams to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot advanced, accessible, and WCAG-compliant data-driven web applications including integration with existing client systems, web services and 3rd party web service APIs
Apply development/programming best practices, such as, specification design/review, object oriented development, in-line comments and other typical documentation specifications
Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment
Act as a lead on a project
Collaborate with design and other departments to clarify requirements and provide feedback
Collaborate with the QA team in design and implementation of test plans resolving any issues and ensuring software quality.
Provide application support including problem research, analysis, resolution, and on call support when necessary
Work with clients on post-launch improvements and enhancements
Work with teams from multiple geographic locations, including nearshore and offshore
Know the latest technologies and inspire your team to do the same.
Scope and estimate new work requests, from service integrations to full scale CMS implementations
Work directly with the clients' technical staff to establish relationship and trust
Participate in client management activities including business development, scoping, and managing development sprint activities

Skills and Qualifications:
Have expertise in building modern, interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and UI frameworks (including, but not limited to Angular, React, Vue)
10+ years of website development experience, and preferably 2 years in an agency environment.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Act as a lead on a project
A firm grasp of SEO and SEM best practices
Experience working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Experience working within a fast-paced, iterative development environment
Mentor junior team members, ensuring that code standards and deadlines are consistently met.
A B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience and
certification
