Dunrite is a site work contractor that specializes in commercial and infill development projects. We are looking for an experienced person who can complete estimates and then Project Manager the job if awarded.
Duties include:
Required to work closely with clients, employees and subcontractors to ensure progress, communication and information is maintained.
Review new potential projects and assemble accurate estimates, including quantity take offs.
Manage and coordinate schedules with crew foremen, help with material procurement and ordering.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate including subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, change requests, RFI's, submittal's, pay requests and close out documents.
Assist with job costing and time tracking
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, subcontractors and clients.
