Pase Contracting, Inc., Colorado's leader in soil erosion and storm water control is seeking Full Time Field Foreman for our Thornton office.
Candidates must have a clean driving record and pass drug screening. Must have cell phone, good communication skills, be able to read plan design drawings and have the ability to work outside in a construction atmosphere. Position is a working lead position and requires manual labor as well as operation of small equipment such as skid steers and trenchers.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating crew efforts for the day’s events (driving to site, proper tools, management of materials, quality of work, sign off on reports, communication in field, care of materials and tools, illustrating safety measures, etc.).
Completing daily job safety and daily paperwork.
Daily care and maintenance of equipment and machines, completing daily equipment inspections etc.
Leading the work effort in the field and be experienced at installation and maintenance of BMPs per specifications and design drawings.
Insuring safety standards are adhered to by the crew.
Operating small machinery (skid steer, trencher, etc.).
Job Requirements:
Driver’s license required; must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
Physically capable of working outdoors full time
1-2 years’ experience working with small equipment such as skid steers etc.
Able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, & bend throughout the day, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Required Experience:
Light Equipment Operation: 1 year
Erosion Control Installation: 1 year
