Pay range is $21 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

Your position is paid hourly and non-exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act. You are not limited to 40 hours per week. You are expected to work as needed to accomplish the objectives assigned to you and your department. Your employment is "At Will" and may be terminated at any time, with or without notice, by you or Scott Contracting, for any lawful reason.
Primary Purpose: Construct, erect, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures. Pour concrete as needed.
Typical Duties: Strip forms and dismantle temporary wooden structures. May pour concrete into wooden forms. Performs other duties as described under Superintendent.
Requirements: Physically, the worker must be capable of exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical activity requirements include significant walking, standing, pushing or pulling, or lifting.
Intellectually the worker must be able to apply and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; must be competent in beginning algebra and geometry and should be skilled in ratio, proportion, percentage, surfaces, volumes, weights, and measures. The worker must be able to understand, comply, and communicate safety rules and instructions in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
