Experienced Kitchen Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced Chef and Kitchen Manager with extensive experience in preparing and serving meals to large groups. A background in the hospitality industry is preferred. We offer our customers both standard menu items and specialty meals each day. Our expectations include; beautiful presentation, expedient service, and quality taste and texture. The candidate we seek is able to follow a standardized menu and prepare food for modified diets according to customer or doctor's orders while maintaining restaurant quality meals. Skills in general kitchen management, budgeting, and supply ordering and reporting, are also necessary.
Minimum Qualifications: Â
⢠Proven ability to cook commercially from scratch
⢠Ability to manage commercial kitchen & maintain regulatory standards
⢠Understanding of budgeting and demonstrated ability to proactively order for regular meal services and special events.
⢠Cooking School Certificate and High School Diploma or GED equivalent
