Seibert Equity Cooperative is looking for a retail store assistant at our Burlington location. This person will answer to the Store Manager in Burlington, and will assist in the operations of this store. These duties include, but are not limited to assisting in ordering, stocking, cashiering, loading customers, inventory counts, and will acquire strong product knowledge. This position requires ability to lift 50 lbs., use a computer for sales and ordering, drive a forklift, work one Saturday per month, be customer service oriented, and have a positive attitude. Desired qualifications include a strong retail and/or agriculture background, with a focus on livestock. This is a full time position with health/vision/dental insurance, sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and pension. Pay is dependent on experience. Please apply in person or call for an application.
