Here is what this career is:
You will start as an air duct cleaning helper assisting the company owner and learning to drive an air duct cleaning truck, clean ductwork, furnaces, A/C coils and dryer vents. You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Because our company is small but quickly expanding, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to truck leader by spring. If you have experience (and a week of working side by side with the company owner proves it), you will be immediately promoted to truck leader. Our technicians are paid commission, so your pay will be based on productivity. This is NOT A SALES POSITION
Helpers earn 12% of total revenue for all jobs completed. They average $720-$900 weekly not including tips and bonuses
Truck Leaders earn 15% of total revenue for all jobs completed. They average $900-$1125 per week not including tips and bonus.
