Job Duties and Responsibilities High-level job responsibilities: The Manager of the Retail Wireless Fraud Platform is responsible for the systems that monitor for and remediate Subscription, Device and Usage Fraud. This role will build and manage the team that analyzes, develops and maintains the technology platform. The primary goal of this role is to develop and maintain the Fraud systems across the retail wireless business. The position will manage the technical team building and maintaining the software platform. Day-to-day job responsibilities:
Develop and maintain platform to manage and remediate Fraud risk
Integration of new acquisitions or expanded product offerings into the platform
Management of product development and feature enhancements
Agile workflows management and delivery of software development
Coordination with other technical teams on cloud environments, data ingestion and management as well as integration with other operating platforms
Work cross functionally with the core systems and ecommerce teams for integration point
Technical evaluation of the vendor products and services
Management of the SDLC
Evaluation of product enhancements cost and value
Skills, Experience and Requirements High-level qualifications: BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science); and/or equivalent experience. Possess a highly motivated can-do-attitude. Proven track record building strong relationships. Passion for building great products, continuous improvement, agile software development and technology. Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to frequently changing circumstances and take the ball and run with it. Qualifications:
Experience leading and managing high performing teams
Experience in managing complex system requirements
Experience with wireless fraud systems and data integrations
2+ years experience managing direct reports
2+ years experience in Wireless and/or Telecom Industries preferred
