Our Fortune 500 media client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst. Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally and with external vendors
  • Take high-level abstract data and dissect into easily understood analytics
  • Create targeted system analysis documentation for both development teams and executives
  • Develop design and interface considerations, data analysis, and systems testing
  • Communicate and collaborate to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and execute changes

Requirements of the Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline
  • At least 5 years of strong analytical experience
  • Experience working on API projects involving data from OSS and BSS systems
  • Experience creating targeted systems analysis documentation and other technical documents
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships
  • Passion for building great products, continuous improvement, and Agile
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
