You will be part of a team that supports our rapidly growing and multi-faceted division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects.District Overview Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety. Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company. Assist on-site screeners with touchless COVID symptom screening of employees and visitors, prior to their entry into the building
Work Shift 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM MT
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations as requested
Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology
Copy, prepare and distribute printed materials
Assist support team with planning and scheduling of activities
Assist with ordering and setting up caterings
Process expense reports in the Concur system
Assist with the coordination of community engagement activities
Assist with PPE requests for jobsite visits
Assist with meeting room preparations
Assist with the maintenance of COVID processes, practices and communications in the office
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience with clerical duties (data entry, expense report management, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Detail-oriented
Ability to work well with others
Strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Quick learner
Self-starter
