The

Information Security Analyst will join the Tech Team at our headquarters in

Centennial, CO. They will assist with ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of FAST’s internal systems and hosted client applications within a hosted infrastructure. The responsibilities include maintaining and improving the security and compliance program for FAST’s hosted customers.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about information security and compliance while looking for an opportunity where they can continue to grow their skill set in that domain.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the current SIEM Platform.
  • Help develop and assist in the implementation of an effective security event monitoring program.
  • Define data audit logging elements and configure them into related reports and alerts.
  • Design correlation rules.
  • Monitoring vulnerability and threat prevention systems.
  • Review and implement methods to streamline and automate compliance and security event monitoring alerting functions.
  • Participate and maintain the implementation of an effective Information Security Program.
  • Contribute during technical security engagements to ensure FAST’s compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing ways to automate compliance and security to improve the efficiency of the Team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with administering Splunk Enterprise and security information and event management (

    SIEM) software products.
  • Experience with security event monitoring and risk management as it relates to information security.
  • Minimum of 2 years information security management and/or security event monitoring experience.
  • Experience with parsing languages such as regex.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and IT controls.
  • Ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and written in an effective manner.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with Change Management.
  • A four-year degree in Accounting/Audit, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, and/or Engineering.
  • Working experience with Tenable Nessus, and other network tools is a plus.
  • Experience with web application security and best-practices is a plus.
  • Experience with NIST 800-53 and IRS Publication 1075 compliance is a plus.
  • CISA, ITIL, and CISSP.
Starting Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 Annually
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant.
