Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: SecretJob Family: TrainingCollective Staff Trainers must understand MCIS, can coach, teach, and mentor Government counterparts on the utilization of assigned MCIS, and remain current with Army training doctrine and Unified Land Operations (ULO). Collective Staff Trainers will plan, coordinate, and prepare exercise directives, memorandums of instruction, training support packages (classroom and scenario), and after-action reports in support of Battalion and above level exercises. The collective planning team will conduct analysis of mission and program goals and exercise training objectives of importance to III Corps, FORSCOM, DA, and Combatant Commands.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Requirements:Background of at least 8-years experience in military training and training support
CGSC/ILE or equivalent level military schooling (MEL 4)
Served as a Primary Staff Officer at the Battalion or above level
Experienced with MCIS (will become a primary instructor on at least two MCIS)
ORBackground of at least 8-years experience in military training and training support
Served as an Operations Sergeant Major or Operations Sergeant at Battalion or above level, completed the Army Battle Staff Course, or served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier
Qualified to serve as a primary instructor on at least two MCIS
2-years of MCIS instructional experience
Qualified to serve as a primary instructor on JLCCTC Battle Simulation Work Station (BSWS), the Low Overhead Training Systems (LOTS), and the Division Exercise Training and Review System (DXTRS)
ANDSecret Clearance
Collective Trainers at JBSA must have an extensive background in Army sustainment operations
Preferred Qualifications:Senior Service College (SSC) qualified (MEL 1)
Successfully served as a Battalion Commander
Successfully served as a DIV or BDE Operations Sergeant Major
Basic Leader Course Qualified
