KB Custom Ag Services is looking for an experienced accounting supervisor for our Ault, CO office to oversee financial and accounting activities, including but not limited to corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
⢠Budgeting and forecasting
⢠Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
⢠Job costing
⢠Provide financial analysis as needed
⢠Manage expense reporting
⢠Maintain an orderly accounting filing system / chart of account
⢠Manage internal and external communications and requests for information
⢠Ensure A/P and A/R are processed accurately and timely
⢠Comply with local, state and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
⢠Accurately reconcile bank statements
⢠Invoicing and job costing
Required skills and experience:
⢠Bachelorâs in accounting and 2+ years of professional accounting experience
⢠Expert user level of QuickBooks
⢠Advanced Excel abilities
⢠Excellent organization and communication skills
⢠Some HR and payroll exposure preferred
⢠Proficient use of Office Suite software
⢠Knowledge of DOT preferred
⢠Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate with different job levels
Compensation: DOE
